Projet de télégramme

Résumé : Réalisation  de deux concerts exceptionnels de Zarsanga, la reine de la chanson pachtoune à Kaboul.

A l’initiative de l’Institut Français d’Afghanistan, Zarsanga fut invitée à Kaboul pour deux concerts. Le premier concert eut lieu le samedi 22 décembre 2012 à l’occasion du solstice d’hiver. La nuit la plus longue de l’année « Shab-e Yalda » est célébrée dans la région par la poésie et la musique. Le second concert eut lieu le dimanche 23 décembre 2012 à la résidence de Monsieur l’Ambassadeur de France pour un public choisi et plus restreint.

Nommée le "Rameau d'or" par ses parents, Zarsanga est diffusée pour la première fois sur la radio de Peshawar en 1965. Cette femme à la voix du "duende pachtoune" est devenue un symbole identitaire fort. Bergère jusqu'à l'âge de 14 ans, elle est connue aujourd’hui sous le nom de reine de la chanson pachtoune.

Objet : Il a semblé essentiel pour l’Institut français d’Afghanistan d’inviter Zarsanga à l’occasion de la célébration traditionnelle de « Shab-e Yalda » dans la mesure où elle incarne la beauté de l’âme pachtoune trop souvent parasité par les violences du contexte afghan. Par ailleurs ses chants sont appréciés par tous les afghans. Ses contes et poèmes sont au cœur d’une tradition vivante dont elle se fait indéniablement « le passeur ». Il s’agissait également de contribuer modestement à la valorisation d’un patrimoine immatériel afghan sous estimé.

Samedi 22 décembre, le public venu nombreux à l’IFA (près de 300 personnes) a réservé un accueil inattendu et chaleureux à l’artiste qui ne s’était pas produite à Kaboul depuis 2 ans. Le public non seulement chantait les poèmes avec Zarsanga mais il dansait au rythme des tablas, remarquablement joués par l’artiste Shahzada. Le climat plus intimiste du second concert à la résidence de l’Ambassadeur a permis à Zarsanga  de chanter A cappella. Son corps immobile telle une montagne contrastant avec sa voix rocailleuse et profondément ancrée dans les racines de la transhumance ne laissa nulle insensible.

Média : La célèbre chaîne de Télévision pachtoune Shamshad, partenaire du concert a bénéficié de l’exclusivité pour l’enregistrement du concert qui fera l’objet de plusieurs diffusions sur la chaîne. Le concert de l’IFA fut reporté par Tolo news, Ashna TV et Afghan Voice Radio.

2)      Mr. Nemat planner and advisor to the Minister of Urban Development = the challenges of reconstruction of the city of Kabul and the historical aspect of the urban development of the capital.

3)    Laurent-Marc Fischer, architect and urban planner at Architecture Studio agency, who won the international call made by the Afghan government to design the new city of Kabul =The contextual city through the lens of geography (topography, hydrography, climate…) The possibilities it offers (know-how, economics, water resources…) The respectful and green city; The controlled-city.

4)    Mr.Sadat, Deh Sabz-e-Barikab City Development Authority - Independent Board of New Kabul City Development. (DCDA) = The links between the new city and the modern city, state of progress of the project and current political challenges against construction of this new city.

2)     Mr. Abdul Baqi Popal, General Director of the Independent Directorate for Local Governance (IDLG) - Political and legal aspects of the construction of the city.

3)     Engineer Rahman (UN-Habitat): Planning and operation of the city construction projects underway to respond (overpopulation, refugees, etc.)

4)     Toshiyuki Iwama,Program Director, Kabul Metropolitan Area Development(JICA): current research, the actions implemented for the construction of the new city Deh-e Sabz.

5)      Prof. Dr. Sardar M. Kohistani - Kabul University. Geography Department. Aliabad = How to preserve the environment and green spaces in Kabul?
